1. Preparing well data sheets.

2. Designing and selecting well-head equipment.

3. Drawing up drilling programmes, taking account of desired production flow rates.

4. Obtaining relevant data, carrying out analysis on site and recommending immediate actions as necessary.

5. Carrying out full engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular well reports.

6. Monitoring the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques, which could lead to optimisation of expenditure.

7. Liaising with specialist contractors and suppliers, such as cement companies or suppliers of drilling fluids.

8. Monitoring safety and ensuring the good maintenance of the well.

9. Adhering to environmental protection standards, in some cases through direct discussion with local governments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

10. Establishing and administering drilling and service contracts.

11. Coordinating and supervising the work of the drilling team.

12. Undertaking engineering design and the planning of wells (including development work).

13. Designing directional well paths (horizontally or multi-laterally, as appropriate).

14. Managing operations on behalf of small clients.

15. Contributing to conceptual field development design.

16. Working with multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the commercial viability of the well and monitor progress during drilling.

17. Returning the site to its natural environmental setting if drilling is not to be pursued.

18. Prepares the annual Drilling Budget,QC daily costs report.

19. Review and update on a 6 months basis the bonus targets. Calculate bonus for each well.

20. Review and follow progress on action items from Well Discussions.

21. Prepares the Engineering section of the monthly report.

1. Lead projects by providing guidance and direction to team members regarding the transformation of insights into innovation.

2. Manage overall project planning and milestones, leading multiple cross-functional teams composed of members from marketing, finance, research, design, manufacturing, and planning.

3. Develop project solutions.

4. Ensure proper filing of documentation to protect Trap Oil Group intellectual property and coach team regarding necessary steps.

5. Coordinate project team’s work with vendors.

6. Exercising independent discretion over decisions and instructions to vendor.

7. Independently develop and run consumer testing to support the development of products and solutions for commercialization.

8. Ensuring a project is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.

9. Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.

10. Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.

11. Developing project-specific procedures for the work to be carried out.

12. Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.

13. Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.

14. Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the overall project schedule.

15. Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.

16. Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers.

28. Coordinates the completion of all actions items on all Performance Reviews and Customer Progress Reports.

29. Handles escalated customer service issues including pricing discrepancies and Contract Enforcement and Service Agreement Renewals.

30. Implements the corporate and regional training processes for new and existing RSRs.
