Key Responsibilities: Testing & Reporting
Field Trial
-Perform the customer’s test scripts together with the GCF standard script across EMEA, in order the identify any product performance issues before release to the Operator.
Software Quality Assurance testing (SQA)
issue at any stage during the product life cycle
Reporting
-Capture phone logs that enable customer Engineering to develop a detailed understanding of the products performance
Qualifications:
Experience
-At least 2 years SQA/field trial experience within mobile telecommunications sector
-Proven experience in Mobile Device Testing (IOT & GCF)
-Knowledge of different Mobile Operating Systems – Android, Windows etc
-Hands on testing experience of Radio, UI, Email, SMS, MMS, Connectivity, Browser, Content, -Streaming, DRM, Web portal application, Bluetooth, Modem, Wi-Fi, Gadget, Video Telephony etc.
-Knowledge of GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA and HSUPA cellular technologies.
-Experience of working with Qualcomm chip sets and is familiar with mobile test methods
-Experience with Qualcomm QXDM tool
-Experience of Field Test, Operator Acceptance and Operator support.
-Experience of Battery Life and Stability testing
